David possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science and PhD in Applied Organic Science from Queensland Institute of Technology. David has developed processes to utilize local deposits of peat and beach-cast sea grass and his company Biotech Science has a patent to extract minerals from seagrass and a further patent which uses less active glyphosate and contains a biodegradable surfactant. David has a passion for sailing and loves spending as much free time as possible with his cherished family.

Paul has over 13 years experience in specialised agronomy having trained under international experts. Paul specialises in the teachings of Dr WA Albrecht whilst drawing on his own hands on experience. Paul is a Fertcare Level C advisor and has a wide range of knowledge and experience including broadacre, viticulture, horticulture, orchards, floriculture, pastures, organic and inorganic crops. In his spare time Paul enjoys fishing and spending quality outdoor time with his boys.

Mark has 24 years of Marketing and sales experience working for KTM Sport motorcycles Australia. Mark was Australian sales manager when he retired from the company. During his employ he learned to listen to customers wishes and then develop the business needs of both KTM and the customer as required. Professional development was always an enjoyment during his time in the auto industry. At the age of 43 Mark decided that a sea change was due and entered Curtin University to study Oenology and Viticulture were he achieved an Associate degree in Oenology and Viticulture as dux of his year. For the last 10 years Mark has managed two vineyards and has enjoyed agriculture immensely.

Wayne Challis

Wayne has over two decades of viticulture and agronomy experience. Wayne also has extensive practical agronomy and animal husbandry experience and together with his son manages the family smallholding in Augusta. Wayne has a passion for plant, animal and human nutrition. Wayne is Fertcare Level C accredited. In his spare time Wayne enjoys fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Gary Dal Broi

Gary gained his passion for agriculture being part of a large and respected New South Wales farming family. Gary obtained his Bachelors of Horticulture Degree from Western Sydney University. Gary is now resident in Adelaide and provides agronomy and sales support to all our South Australian and Victorian Distributors and Clients. When he is not working Gary is a mad spots fan and is currently completing his aerobatics pilots licence.

Mark Todd

Mark has over a decade and a half of management experience and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Mark has a passion for all water sports including surfing and fishing and is also a keen cyclist. Mark loves the outdoors and spending time with his three girls.

Garry is an ex WA farmer who could not resist the call of the city. Gary has now settled in the outskirts of Bunbury and is enjoying his career change. Garry is a keen squash player and scuba diver and loves spending time with family and friends.
